Tournament is closed since so many people (4 dropping off). People weren't able to play at certain times either and it was difficult to find matches.
Note: Unfortunately Para had to forfeit due to his current condition, as he won't be able to perform at his peak. I think we all hope he gets well soon.
Due to this change, there will be no second chance for the current players in Group 1. There will only be 2 people that advances to the Second Round. This only concerns Darin, firex and Lila. The one with most losses will unfortunately be directly eliminated from the tournament.

Kudos and appreciation to ParaPeet for hosting a dedicated server for the tournament.
Almost all config settings are default, the damage of all weapons are default. You start with gauntlet and machinegun and you're able to pick up other weapons that exists on the map.
Voting is enabled.
Timelimit is 10 minutes, and fraglimit does not exist.
Spectator chat will be disabled if necessary.
Each participant should record their games. For this you can use the commands /record and /stoprecord.
Each game will consist of atleast 2 maps. Both players should pick one map each. If the score is 1-1 by maps, a third map will be included to the game to determine the winner. The third map will most likely be chosen by a referee.

Everyone in each group should play against eachother.
For example, in Group 3 Projsa plays vs R1cka, kyzeR and sn1. A total of 3 games.
The best 2 players (the 2 with most wins) of each group will pass on to Second Round.
The 2 players that lost, will play a game to determine the third person that goes through to Second Round.
So in First Round there will be 1 player in each group that gets eliminated from the tournament.
Second Round will be evaluated and arranged after all group stages of First Round are done.

Introduction
This tournament is a "just for fun" tournament, meaning there will be no prizes handed out to any player. The purpose is to have fun and make the all weapons-side of Q3 1.16n more alive.Kudos and appreciation to ParaPeet for hosting a dedicated server for the tournament.

A useful tip for you who don't already know:
Use this command /cg_drawtimer 1
It will display a gametimer that starts from 0:00 to 10:00.
The respawn time for yellow armor and red armor is 25 seconds, and for mega health it is 35 seconds (on some occasions it might be 2 minutes).
So let's say the gametimer shows 2:25 and you pick up the red armor, then you know that the next time red armor will spawn, is at 2:50. This way you can get stacked with health and armor and deny your opponent the items.
